Our Team

Our Team

People are at the heart of what we do at Indoor Garden Design, which is why we continue to grow and nurture our talented team. We have over 50 members of staff, all of whom deliver quality service in each and every role.

Below you’ll be able to see profiles for our three directors, who continue to cultivate expertise and develop people’s skills.

David Grace


David specialises in Exterior & large-scale projects: particularly Atria and Public Institutions.

David offers a wealth of experience and expertise gained over more than 30 years in the industry, having worked with clients across finance, educational and corporate sectors, delivering projects to standard excelling expectations. David continues to take a qualitative and quantitive approach to all schemes keeping ahead of trends within workplace and landscape sectors.

David joined IGD in 1989.

Pippa Robinson


Pippa has a background in horticulture and ecology. Originally studying and carrying out environmental surveys of flora and fauna in London woodlands and cemeteries and also coastal sites. Having worked in the industry for most of her life Pippa contributes practical knowledge to both the interior and exterior teams and is interested in developing an awareness of Biophilia and having an improved understanding of the interaction of people and the environment.

Pippa joined the company in 1982.

Ian Drummond


Ian specialises in creative projects, passionate about finding new ways to use plants.

He is responsible for Events and bespoke Christmas displays in addition to overseeing our Hotel, Shop and Restaurant clients.

Ian is also a past-Chairman of eFIG, Plants @ Work Ambassador as well as being a member of Garden Media Guild, RIBA and the Royal Horticultural Society Committee.

Ian joined IGD in 1993.
