There are four executive Directors, Ian Drummond, David Grace, Pippa Robinson
and Ed Wolf, and one non-executive Director, Brita Wolf: Together
they have amassed over 120 years experience in all aspects of horticulture.
There are 6 Managers and 35 maintenance technicians.
Ed Wolf
Ed Wolf was educated at the Horticultural College in Aalsmeer, Netherlands.
After working at various Horticultural establishments in the Netherlands,
Switzerland and United Kingdom he set up Indoor Garden Design in 1975
with his wife Brita.
Since then Ed has overseen the development of the business from a
small partnership to a major UK tropical plant company but with the
personal touch.
Brita Wolf trained as a florist and owns a flower shop, Galton Flowers,
which was established 50 years ago by her mother. Both Ed and Brita
have over 30 years experience.
Ed has recently been elected an Honorary Fellow of The Kew Guild in recognician of distiguished services to interior landscaping.

David Grace
David joined the company in 1989, after teaching Geography for four
years at inner London Comprehensive schools. David has travelled extensively
sourcing plants and tropical trees and designed major schemes for
our clients. David now shares responsibility of joint Managing Director
of the company with Pippa.
Ian Drummond
Ian joined Indoor Garden Design in 1993 as a plant technician, following
experience with leading West End florists. With a keen eye for establishing
groundbreaking designs, Ian is constantly searching for new ways of
interpreting interior landscaping concepts.

Pippa Robinson
Pippa has a background in Ecology and Marine Biology. She joined
Indoor Garden Design in 1986 as a plant technician after previously
working on the Management Plan for Haringey Woodland and at Highgate
Cemetery. Pippa now shares responsibility of joint Managing Director
of the company with David.
